Time slots
You can book our studio for a time slot of 4, 8 or 12 hours. The time slots of 4 and 8 are available between 08:30 and 17:30. The 12 hour time slot is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Is your desired time slot not listed? Feel free to send us an email check out the possibilities.
Need more time?
Still need extra time to complete your production? If the agenda allows, the space can be booked in consultation per 30 minutes for €50 excl. VAT.
Accessibility
Catwalk Creative Space is located in collective building 'De Wasserij', which is located in a private courtyard. This courtyard is usually closed with gates. However, the pedestrian door is open. The address of Catwalk Creative Space is: Sint Agathastraat 54 3037SH Rotterdam Unit 1.1 Do you travel by public transport? North Station is a 5-minute walk and tram 8 & 4 stop around the corner (stop “Soetendaalseweg”).
Parking
Parking is possible in the area and costs Parking in the area costs 1.75 euros per hour. Unfortunately, parking on the private property of 'De Wasserij' is only for permit holders. You can briefly leave the car in front of the door for loading and unloading, but do not forget to communicate this to us when booking.
The front door of de Wasserij
The front door of the building is open from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Then someone from the team is needed to open the door.
The location
Catwalk Creative Space is located in the collective building 'de Wasserij' in Rotterdam North. Catwalk Creative Space is a 250m2 space with two sets, a lounge area with kitchen, a fitting room and lots of light.
The limbo wall
The studio has a bright white limbo wall of 30m2, ideal for an endless white background effect.
Background rolls
In addition to the limbo wall, you can use our backdrop system to which you can attach different colored backdrops. These are included in the price!
Props & materials
In the studio you will find various creative and colorful props that you can use freely for your production.
Accessibility
The studio is located on the first floor. Please note that the property unfortunately does not have an elevator.
